The Joy of Service: A Short Film from Zambia

October 5, 2018, in Videos > Short Film, by

This short film shares a beautiful story about service and the joy it brings. The video was produced by a team of international filmmakers in north-western Zambia with the support of the Baha’is of Mwinilunga.

The Mwinilunga cluster is vibrant and bright: you can read about the dynamism of this area in this Baha’i World News Service story or listen to some of the joyful and energetic songs this village has created here on Baha’i Blog. This film, performed by the local Baha’is in the Lunda language, tells the story of a heartfelt conversation between a grandmother and her granddaughter about helping others and preferring others over yourself.
