Meet the Team

Baha’i Blog is a volunteer project run by a devoted band of Baha’is from around the world.

Naysan Naraqi

Baha’i Blog Editor and Master Project Manager

Naysan has worked in various avenues of media for more than a decade and he’s passionate about using the arts and media to support and explore the teachings of the Baha’i Faith. He has produced and collaborated on popular music projects like the DawnBreaker Collective and the successful Ruhi-inspired sequence of MANA albums. His experience as a producer for CNN was invaluable working on a number of special projects for the Baha’i World Centre, including the Building Momentum and Pilgrimage: A Sacred Experience videos. If there’s a media-related Baha’i project out there, chances are that Naysan was involved with it somehow!

Collis Ta’eed

Pixel Pushing Web Designer

Collis is a designer and entrepreneur and loves working online, where he runs an internet startup called Envato. Working with blogs all day long led Collis to cofound the annual blogging event Blog Action Day, which was profiled by the Baha’i World News Service in 2008.

Collis has worked on lots of different Baha’i projects and is particularly excited to be involved with Baha’i Blog, as it unites his two big interests in life, the Baha’i Faith and the web which, combined, is pretty much what Collis considers to be the recipe for awesomeness.
