Framing the World: A Young Photojournalist Invites You to Really See

In this talk, produced by Bahaiteachings.org, photojournalist and Baha’i Jasmine Kemp explains the relationship of photography to the human spirit. She discusses how lens, focus and lighting combine to capture a glimpse of God’s beauty in her talk titled “Framing the World: A Young Photojournalist Invites You to Really See.”

Jasmine Kemp explains that we all make decisions about how to see the beauty of the world, not just with our eyes and our cameras but with our souls. Citing the Baha’i Writings, Jasmine asks her audience to move away from the selfie to the selfless, so we can frame a lasting glimpse of the beauty of God’s amazingly diverse creation.
