The Ethical Business Building the Future organization, otherwise known as EBBF, is a not-for-profit that aims to promote moral and spiritual wisdom and principles found in the teachings of the Baha’i Faith and the great religious traditions of the world, such as the principles of justice, respect, trustworthiness, integrity and unity.
#discoveringhow is EBBF’s podcast series where you can hear personal experiences and insights from EBBF members — each episode offers you stepping stones, fresh ideas, and the personal learnings of people who believe that ethical business can and should build the future.
In Episode 1 of EBBF’s #discoveringhow podcast, we hear from Dhairya Pujara about how his need for meaningful work made him leave his job and we learn about the traits of meaningful work that Stephane Zahrai has experienced and suggests other enterprises live up to. Thanks, Jean (and Naysan & crew), for these two interviews and an article serving as a broad introducing approaches to the path of socially responsible, meaningful-service-oriented business, from a Baha’I perspective. Having been alerted to EBBF by Italian member Beppe Robiati, who delivered some wonderfully inspiring sessions at a Baha’i summer school here in Budapest, Hungary, a few years back, I am keen to learn more about EBBF and plan to listen through all of these EBBF #discoveringhow podcasts, alert to practical examples of ‘value adding’ entrepreneurship.
