Advancing Toward the Equality of Women and Men (Part 1)

February 9, 2016, in Videos > Social Discourse, by

Over the past few years, the U.S. Baha’i Office of Public Affairs have invited some of their colleagues into their office in Washington, D.C. to talk about the equality between women and men. These are some highlights from those conversations. (You can watch ‘Part 2’ here.)

Creating spaces in which different actors come together in a spirit of openness to explore questions of common concern for the betterment of society, draw on insights from scientific and ethical-religious thought and, in the process, enrich the discourse on that subject in the United States, is an important part of the work of the Baha’i Office of Public Affairs.
